Cape Town City FC is the most fan-focused football club in South Africa. Our supporters are an incredibly important part of our CTCFC family and our fan culture is undeniably progressive and unique in the landscape of South African football. It is differences like this that help the club reach its full potential and create a sense of togetherness and belonging for the football loving City of Cape Town.
Super Fan Clubs are the most powerful way to actively and passionately support CTCFC. They consist of 50+ members that purchase their match tickets through a single group ambassador. These groups help fans connect and actively contribute to the club while benefitting themselves. All branches have a unique name that identifies and iconises them as an Official CTCFC Super Fan Club. Every new group is advertised on all CTCFC platforms and social media (so other fans can join). These groups receive benefits and ticket discounts not available to individual fans or the general public.
Build a group of 50+ supporters to sign up to your future Super Fan Club. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your application as a Super Fan Club. You will be alerted to the next home game where you will be able to purchase tickets for your members. Upon purchasing your first pack of 50+ tickets your group will be activated. The Ambassador will sign ”The Ambassador Charter” and thereafter pioneer his branch, acting as the intermediary between the members and the club. There is no limit to how big your Super Fan Club can get, however a minimum of 50 tickets must be purchased (as the tickets are sold in a discount pack for the Fan Clubs).
Yes, this is how most people get involved in CTCFC fan culture – by joining an existing Super Fan Club. The Blue & Gold Army is our oldest club, and the Citizens is currently the Fan Club with the most members.
All tickets purchased through these official groups are 50% off!!!
Groups get 10% additional tickets on every pack ordered (e.g. a 100 ticket group gets 10 extra free tickets).
Members get a 20% discount on all merchandise purchased through their ambassador.
The ambassador receives a CTCFC original flat cap upon activating his group.
Each Super Fan Club gets their own personalized banner free (ordered when the group is activated).
As Cape Town City FC, we are predominantly focussed on bringing supporters together in the experience of watching football live in the stadium. While individual memberships are fine, we rather spend our time and resources towards building Super Fan Clubs that bring people together, increase attendance, and create a fan culture that we collectively as Capetonians feel connected to.
We’ve created an exciting initiative which will help create an epic atmosphere at our home matches.
The Cape Town City FC school “get together” is a designated area at the Cape Town Stadium for scholars only. This allows students to create their own ‘signature’ fan area as well as offering a safe and accessible way for students to watch football. CTCFC is teaming up with schools all around Cape Town in creating the School Supporters Club Membership.
We are offering all learners the opportunity to watch live Premier Soccer League at reduced ticket prices of R30 (50% discount) at all CTC FC home matches – Normal price for tickets are R60. The Scholar Loyalty Membership card is purchased once off for R20. Schools affiliated with this programme have access to club benefits such as player visits and talks at their school. School learners can apply for their Scholar Loyalty Membership card by clicking the button below:

Applications keep streaming in to join the Cape Town City FC #TaxiClub!
This awesome fan initiative aims to relieve our football loving people from their transport issues toand-from our home matches. By empowering the driver to sell their own tickets, taxi drivers are able to easily cover petrol costs and transport other fans to and from games at no cost – everybody wins.
If you are a taxi driver with a valid PDP license – join our #TaxiClub and play a vital role in building Cape Football back to its former glory, while enjoying some amazing benefits.

DreamClub100 is the most inclusive and comprehensive community development structure in South African football. With the vision of uplifting youth football in the football loving City of Cape Town on a large scale – DreamClub100 creates a platform for players to go from the streets of township football to the dream of a professional career. The DreamClub 100 programme is the fuel to the burning desire of the football loving youth in Cape Town!
The DreamClub100 affiliates 100 local amateur football clubs with Cape Town City FC. These satellite clubs receive professional coaching of their coaches, coaching of their players, kit and equipment to uplift their structures – all building stronger relationships and development structures between local community clubs and Cape Town City FC.
The key feature of the annual DreamClub100 will be the Elite 16-team DreamClub tournament, which takes place at the end of the programme calendar, from which 20 players will be selected into the Cape Town City FC Elite Academy. This tournament will be run exclusively for the 100 selected satellite clubs and offers a direct path for talented football players to achieve their professional dreams.
The dream for all young players with raw talent in Cape Town has become a reality, with this opportunity to develop into world class players. This project is key due to its inclusive nature to allow as many young players to have a realistic platform to be identified and drafted into a PSL structure in our Mother City. All DreamClub 100 clubs can then easily identify with Cape Town City FC.
For us as SAFA Cape Town, it has been overwhelming to see a professional club embrace community football the way Cape Town City FC has done through this DreamClub Programme. We did not hesitate to endorse the programme and the tournament when we realised the ongoing benefits that the affiliated clubs and SAFA Cape Town as a collective, would enjoy. We wish all the teams the best of luck and particularly the players who will end up selected for the Cape Town City FC Elite Academy.
